/api/search?q=— fuzzy search across brands and models, ranked, with a ready path to drill in (e.g.?q=bmw 3→ BMW 3). Typo-tolerant.format=auto— let the API pick a modern, lightweight format (WebP).

- Brand names are now forgiving: nicknames, abbreviations, common misspellings and different spacing/accents resolve automatically (e.g.
vw→ Volkswagen,mercedes benz→ Mercedes-Benz,porche→ Porsche,škoda→ Skoda).
