Backend Developer, part-time

Scoped so that it works at twenty hours a week instead of being a full role squeezed in.

• Own one area end to end, most likely the catalogue endpoints or the delivery layer
• Add endpoints and options as customers ask for them
• Write the tests that stop a fix from coming back
• Pick up the occasional production question when it lands in your area

• You have shipped backend code that other people relied on
• Python or TypeScript
• You are comfortable owning a corner rather than the whole map
• You communicate in writing well, because most of this will be written

• Twenty hours, arranged how you like
• Freelance or employed, whichever suits you
• Fully remote
• A clear area, so you are not the person who is always half-informed
